Job summary

Inspired Home Care is seeking a Home Care RN to manage a personal caseload and provide intermittent skilled care in patients' homes. You will visit multiple patients daily, perform assessments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

PRN and Part Time positions available immediately. Strong time management and compassionate bedside manner are essential for delivering individualized patient care outside a traditional clinical setting.

Qualifications

• State RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year in in-home care.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day.
• Preferred knowledge of WellSky Kinnser.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home health care strategies.
• Coordinate with Therapists, Physicians and care team.
• Recommend devices or tools to improve quality of life.
• Listen to patients and respond to concerns.

Home Care RN

Inspired Home Care is rapidly expanding and we are hiring PRN and Part Time effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require intermittent skilled care in their home. We hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, so time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. Home Health Nurse Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart your observations
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess the progress of healing
• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physicians and anyone else involved in the patient's care plan
• Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests

Qualifications

Salary: $110 per visit
