Job summary

Right at Home Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to veterans and private clients in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. Travel to client locations is required, and the role offers competitive pay and flexibility to plan your own schedule.

Ideal candidates will be licensed RN in IA with at least 1 year of nursing experience, strong communication and documentation abilities, CPR certified, and able to perform nursing procedures under physician

Must Haves for a Home Health RN:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current IA licensure
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) must possess and maintain current CPR certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) must have knowledge of and have the ability, and the necessary skill and judgment to perform all nursing procedures under the direction of a physician as outlined in the scope of practice in the Iowa State Nurse Practice Act
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation.
