Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services in Iowa. You will build one-on-one relationships with clients, offering compassionate care on the patient’s schedule and in the comfort of their homes.

The role emphasizes safe care, adherence to agency policies, and maintaining CPR and TB test requirements while enabling a flexible work-life balance for school, travel, or family activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test must be current or within acceptable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients.
• Foster one-on-one patient relationships in the home setting.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Assist with schedule management and patient documentation.
