All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes in Hermiston, Oregon. The RN will supervise caregivers, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families per the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the operating state
• CPR certification required
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in clients' homes per physician orders
• Document nursing actions and inform physicians/families
• Administer and monitor medications as prescribed
• Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Supervise caregiver activities as part of the care plan
• Collaborate with director/nurse supervisor and branch manager
