Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. The RN will supervise caregivers within the client plan of care and may perform administrative and clinical responsibilities per state regulations.

Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting actions, and coordinating with the Director/Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication with all levels of personnel.
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to home clients per physicians orders and plan of care.
• Document nursing actions and inform physicians and families.
• Administer and monitor medications as prescribed.
• Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Perform supervisory visits and caregiver competency reviews as required.
