Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) in Delray Beach, FL to lead an established nursing team on a predictable weekday schedule. On-site leadership with strong earning potential and a focus on quality patient care.

You will oversee approximately 10 nurses and support a census of about 100 patients, collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing while leveraging your OASIS and home health experience to drive clinical quality and nursing performance.

Qualifications

Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

We’re hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) who wants a leadership role with a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to guide an established nursing team.

You’ll step into a home health clinical leadership role overseeing approximately 10 nurses and supporting a census of about 100 patients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing while using your home health and OASIS experience to support clinical quality, nursing performance, and exceptional patient care.
