Job summary

Dependable Health Services in Nogales, AZ is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, organize, and deliver personalized in-home care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment and communicate patient status to physicians.

We value compassionate, team‑oriented help for underserved communities. Requirements include an active Arizona RN license, at least one year in home health or hospice, a valid driver's license, and CPR;

• Minimum one year in home health or hospice preferred.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• CPR certification & negative TB test (assistance available).
