Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in patients’ lives through one-on-one care? Sunbelt Staffing is hiring for a 13-week full-time Home Health RN contract in beautiful Charleston, SC. In partnership with a respected national home health agency, this role offers the chance to provide personalized care in patients’ homes—promoting comfort, healing, and independence in a supportive environment.

Contract Details:

Location: Charleston, SC and surrounding areas

Company: Sunbelt Staffing

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month on-call)

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget

Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients

Mileage Reimbursement: 0.48c per mile from patient home to home, 150-250 miles per week expected

Blended Pay Packages: Available for travelers

Job Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments using OASIS, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.

Educate patients and their families on care plans, medication management, and other health-related topics.

Maintain accurate patient records in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and ensure compliance with agency standards.

Travel to patient homes within the area, utilizing reliable transportation.

Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.

Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.

Ability to meet Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.
