Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) for a flexible, pay-per-visit role in Lake County, FL.

Earn $75K–$95K+ annually with an average of $85K+ for full-time work, plus mileage reimbursement and quarterly bonuses. This role provides 1:1 in-home nursing, care planning, and coordination with providers, using AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR.

Qualificações

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required
