Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Tucker, GA. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in a home health setting

Complete documentation using Homecare Homebase

Handle SOC, ROC, recertifications, and discharges

Communicate with patients, families, and care teams

Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Georgia

Minimum of 2 years’ home health experience

Strong proficiency with OASIS and HCHB required

BLS certification (AHA)

Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
