MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care to deliver patient-family centered nursing care across outpatient and community settings. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

The RN II level supports skill development, with automatic advancement from RN I after onboarding. A BSN is preferred, with mandatory NC RN licensure and BLS certification, plus a valid driver’s license for community-based visits.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Services may be provided on an outpatient and/or community basis.
• Mentor/advance others as part of the RN II progression (automatic advancement from RN I after onboarding).
