Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed clinician to administer skilled care in patients' homes in Bozeman, MT. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to follow physician orders and care plans.

Ideal candidates have an approved school degree, MT license, and at least one year of licensed clinical experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
