Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team across northeast Massachusetts. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, perform comprehensive assessments, and support patients in remaining at home.

Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS experience are required. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, manage fluctuating caseloads, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Accredited nursing program completion required.
• Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Deliver acute and post-acute home care including wound care and IV therapy.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching and safety monitoring.
• Document comprehensive wound assessments and care.

Full Time Registered Nurse - Float RN Case Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team to provide support across our growing service areas in northeast Massachusetts. Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

This is an ideal position for an RN who is able to jump in where they’re needed - whether covering fluctuating caseloads or assisting in other territories. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay: $60-70 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation
