Job summary
HR Alliance is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Michigan, USA. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer prescribed treatments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state requirements.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing program.
- ADN or BSN degree required.
- Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license or eligibility.
- BLS certification required.
- Additional certifications may be required depending on clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Coordinate with physicians and care teams for treatment adjustments.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain infection control practices.
