Job summary

Ascension at Home is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. The role focuses on enabling patients to recover at home, educate families on disease management, and provide clinical oversight to the care team.

The position offers comprehensive onboarding, benefits including health/dental/vision, and generous PTO. A valid RN license, CPR/BCLS, and a current driver’s license are required.

• Two years of RN experience; home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
