Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a dedicated registered nurse to oversee in-home nursing services, manage patient cases, and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes. The role emphasizes adherence to agency policies and strong clinical performance.

The ideal candidate has two years of Medical/Surgical experience, valid RN licensure in Oklahoma, and is capable of working independently in home settings. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Minimum of two years' Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and home health experience.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities
