Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an In Home Healthcare RN to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and self-care while documenting care in an electronic medical record.
