Job summary

Mary Free Bed at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health, delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Wyoming and surrounding areas. This role offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus and growth opportunities within a supportive organization.

You will perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning, educate families, and ensure compliant EMR documentation while traveling to patient homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work.
• At least 1 year of RN experience delivering patient care.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to patient homes about 20% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered home health care in patients' homes.
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning.
• Educate families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and compliance.
• Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
