Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality in-home clinical care. The role requires assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

You will educate patients and families on health management, safety protocols, and disease management, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care across home health and hospice services.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
