Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home, empowering families to reach healthcare goals. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and provide clinical oversight.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
