Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is hiring a Home Health Care Consultant to promote our home health program and educate providers and the public. You will source admissions through community contacts, collaborating with leadership to develop targeted plans and maintain market data.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health fields, 1–2 years in related work, and healthcare marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience; combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information regarding home health services to inquiries by providers and the public.
• Collaborates to educate providers and the public about the Home Health Program's benefits.
• Maintains current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.
• Manages territory in an organized manner.
• Delivers excellent service while balancing admissions mix.
• Prepares and conducts calls and presentations to referral sources.
• Participates in strategic planning with the market executive and growth director.
• Coordinates with clinical management for in-services and referrals issues.
• Participates in community programs to promote understanding of home health care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
