Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Care Consultant to promote our home health services and grow admissions through active engagement with healthcare providers and the public. You will align with the 6 Pillars of Success and work under senior leadership to educate stakeholders about our programs.

The role requires coordinating with clinical and business teams, traveling to develop markets, and delivering presentations while maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related field strongly preferred.
• One to two years of related experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information regarding home health services in response to inquiries by healthcare providers and general public.
• Collaborates with leadership to create a development plan educating providers and the public about Home Health Program benefits.
• Maintains current market data on competitors and marketing strategies.
• Manages territory with organized approach and builds sustainable admissions.
• Delivers presentations to potential referral sources and educates stakeholders.
