You will be licensed in the state, bring at least one year of clinical and home health experience, and collaborate with the care team to support daily living activities and safe patient discharge.

Qualifications

• Be licensed as a PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physical therapists in treating patients using physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and independent self-care.
