Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Bradenton, FL area to deliver home-based physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The role focuses on improving mobility, functional independence, and daily living activities for patients in their homes. Prior home health experience is preferred, with excellent patient communication and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• One year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to home-bound patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and daily functioning.
