Health Link is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health in San Francisco. You will work full-time or per diem, delivering skilled PTA services under supervision with a focus on mobility, balance, and safety in the home.

Earn $58–$68 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, life and pet insurance, and company devices to support AI-assisted documentation.

Qualificações

• Current California PTA license (required).
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record (required).
• Home health experience preferred; strong outpatient/SNF/hospital PTAs encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled PTA services under supervision, including gait training and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement individualized plans of care to improve mobility and safety at home.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
