Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance required
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy under supervision of licensed PT.
• Help identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs.
• Educate and motivate patients during rehabilitation.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
