Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in Van Buren, AR. This PRN role focuses on delivering compassionate 1:1 patient care in home settings and coordinating with the supervising Physical Therapist.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted PTA license, current BLS/CPR, and preferably 1 year of PTA experience in rehabilitation. Eligible for flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated and supervised by a Physical Therapist per Plan of Treatment.
• Communicates patient progress to the Physical Therapist and secures adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
