Job summary

Deercreekseniorliving in Memphis, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education as part of the Home Health team. You will work under a supervising PT and follow an established plan of care, visiting multiple patient residences daily.

The role requires a current PTA license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. You will coordinate care with the health care team to support patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Reliable commute to multiple patient residences daily within the assigned geographic area.
