Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to improve strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
