Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver home health services in the Boca Raton area, serving adults and geriatrics. You’ll manage a flexible schedule with consistent patient volume and receive support through training, mentorship, and a strong agency network.

The role offers autonomy, mileage reimbursement, provided tools, and opportunities for leadership and career advancement while maintaining a patient-centered, therapy-first approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PTA services under supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
