Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. seeks licensed PTs/OTs to join its network of clinicians delivering mobile outpatient therapy in patients' homes across California.

You will work as an independent contractor (1099) with flexible scheduling and the option to treat patients with a higher frequency of visits, extending care beyond traditional home health norms. Weekly direct deposit is provided and onboarding is through Suru's app.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT) required.
• Local business license for CA operations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile outpatient PT/OT services in patients' homes.
• Submit visit notes and progress via Suru app; notes may be recorded by voice.
• Accept suitable cases through Suru app and deliver therapy in-home as assigned.
