CommonSpirit Health at Home in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patients in their homes, helping them regain independence through mobility, strength, and functional improvements. The PTA collaborates with the PT, families, and other health professionals to deliver patient-centered care and meet established goals.

Schedule is Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with mileage reimbursement and no after-hours on-call requirements.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year PTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Driver's License and automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients at home to regain independence by improving mobility, strength and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Help patients achieve established goals and improve overall mobility and function.
• Utilize NestMed ambient AI technology as part of home-based therapy.
