Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes across the Dallas area. You’ll work under a Physical Therapist, guiding exercises to improve mobility and independence while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team.

The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling, meaningful patient care, and the opportunity to contribute to home health outcomes with consistent patient volume in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Home health PTA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
