Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant and PTA certification required
• 1+ year home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity standards and adjust hours to patient needs.
• Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing performance improvement.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress.
• Document interventions accurately in charting and insurance records.
• Follow insurance guidelines and discharge planning.
