Job summary

VNA Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support home health services in Danvers, Beverly and Salem. The PTA works independently to deliver therapeutic care focused on restoring and maintaining function for patients in their homes.

Education includes an Associate's degree in physical therapy and MA licensure, with 1 year acute care experience preferred. Home Health experience is a plus; benefits start day 1 and include mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to patients and families.
• Support restoration, promotion or maintenance of function while minimizing illness or disability.
