Adoration Health seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Lafayette, TN team. You will deliver patient-centered PT services under a licensed PT, with 1:1 care and supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of PTA work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsabilités

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the licensed Physical Therapist.
• Regularly communicates progress and plan with the Physical Therapist of record.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function and incorporate it into rehab.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
