Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in San Antonio, TX. The role provides 1:1 patient care and works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Schedule: PRN with transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in Texas.
• BLS or CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services as planned and supervised by the PT.
• Communicate progress and concerns with the PT of record.
• Assist in obtaining adaptive equipment to enhance function.
• Maintain treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
