Adoration Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Carmel, IN. You will provide patient-centered PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting activities from evaluation to treatment planning.

The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, collaboration with the PT, and adherence to care plans. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth and benefits through the company.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in Indiana.
• BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services planned and supervised by a licensed PT.
• Collaborate with PT to review patient progress and adjust plans.
• Communicate patient needs to the PT and coordinate adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
