Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in King County. You will collaborate with Physical Therapists to deliver skilled care in patients’ homes and support individualized treatment plans.

The role involves educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a WA PTA license or are eligible, have 1–2 years of PTA experience (home health preferred), and maintain current

• Current Washington State PTA license or eligibility prior to start date.
• One to two years of PTA experience; home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
