Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to patient locations.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines for charting and time management.
• Experience using tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team-based environment to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Provide home health physical therapy visits in Lycoming County, PA and surrounding areas.
• Document care and coordinate with schedulers to support flexible scheduling.
