This full-time role offers a base salary of $100K+ with PSLF eligibility, a $5,000 sign-on, PPV bonus for visits over 30 per week, mileage reimbursement, 4 weeks PTO, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, plus a retirement match.

• Education: physical therapy degree from an accredited program.
• 1 year of inpatient or home health experience required.
