Absolute Health Services, a family-owned Home Health company, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to serve patients primarily in the Noble and Guernsey County areas.

Based in Cambridge, OH, you will evaluate, treat, and document in home health settings, maintain independence, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year PT experience, preferably in home health.
• Current and unrestricted PT license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to home health patients in Noble and Guernsey County areas.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate services and ensure quality care.
