As a Physical Therapist in home health, you will evaluate each patient's physical condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions aimed at maximizing each patients independence and quality of life. You will engage closely with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and the necessary steps for recovery. Qualifications:

• Masters degree in physical therapy
• 1 year of home health experienceas a physical therapist
• Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operationand compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
