Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role providing home visits to adult and geriatric clients across the Central Bucks County area. Qualifications

Active PA Physical Therapist license.
Graduation from an APTA-approved PT program.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform mobility, range of motion, strength and balance assessments.
Implement wound care interventions with evidence-based dressings.
Develop and revise individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and activities of daily living.
