PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Center, TX. You will assess patients in their homes, design personalized treatment plans, and help them regain movement and independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas PT license, has a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, and brings experience in home health. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Active TX Physical Therapist license is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ abilities and functional limitations in home health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall prevention measures.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to enhance independence.
