You will evaluate mobility, provide therapy, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality recovery outcomes. The role offers per diem compensation ($160-$180 per visit) with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to convert to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients’ functional status, mobility, muscle strength, gait, and ROM to develop plans.
• Deliver PT services per physician plan and CAPT Act.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and equipment use.
• Collaborate with care team and report condition changes.
• Supervise PT Assistants and oversee Home Health Aide when needed.
