Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy for recovery and chronic conditions.
• Focus on balance, strength, and equipment assessments.
• Conduct 45-minute sessions, typically 2–3 visits per patient weekly.
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients depending on your availability.

Education
