Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance is required for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise PTAs and complete documentation using EMR.
