Job summary

Advantage Home Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Carmichaels, PA and surrounding areas. This PRN role focuses on delivering high-quality physical therapy services in patients' homes, promoting independent function and well-being.

The ideal candidate will hold a PA Physical Therapy license and have completed an NBPT-approved program, with a commitment to professional development and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• PA licensure required.
• Completion of NBPT-approved program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to home health patients as prescribed by a physician.
• Assess and treat patients with acute or chronic physical dysfunction or pain to maximize functional independence.
• Promote patient involvement and progress toward independent maintenance of needs in the home setting.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and ensure safe, quality rehab services.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards and Agency mission during service delivery.
