You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, build a caseload, and select referrals based on availability while working within our digital documentation system.

Formación

• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Professional and responsive communication.
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor.
• Home health experience welcomed but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, functional independence, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, provide patient and caregiver education, and complete required visit documentation.
